Billing Details & VAT

All billing is handled through LemonSqueezy, who act as the Merchant of Record.

💼 How billing works

• VAT is calculated automatically based on your location.
• Invoices are issued directly by LemonSqueezy.
• Secure payment processing, with no financial data stored by PencilCase.
• Business customers can add VAT IDs during checkout.

📨 Accessing your invoices

1. Go to My Account → Billing.
2. Click Manage Subscription.
3. LemonSqueezy will open your customer portal.
4. All invoices and receipts are available for download.

💳 Updating payment details

1. Go to My Account → Billing.
2. Open Manage Subscription.
3. Add or update your card information.

Changes take effect immediately.
