Create & Set Up Your Account

Getting started with PencilCase takes only a few minutes. Sign up with your email address, choose your role and create a profile that helps others recognise you quickly.

✏️ Create Your Account

  1. Visit pencilcase.network and select Sign Up.
  2. Choose whether you are joining as a freelancer or a studio.
  3. Enter your name, email address and a secure password.

👤 Build Your Profile

Your profile is what others see when they connect with you, so take a moment to make it complete.

  • Add a profile photo and your job title.
  • Set your location.
  • Add a link to your portfolio.
  • If you are a studio, upload a logo, add a short description and include your website link.

You can update your profile at any time under My account → Edit Profile.
