- Studios: Dashboard → Chat
- Freelancers: Discover → Chat
You can exchange messages with any connected user.
Chat is tied to the connection, not to individual bookings.
🔔 Message notifications
When someone sends you a message:
- You receive an email notification (unless you have disabled them).
- The chat thread shows an unread badge.
