Upgrade or Cancel Your Plan

Subscriptions are managed securely through LemonSqueezy. PencilCase never stores payment details.

💸 Subscription management

🚀 Upgrading

  1. Go to My Account → Subscription Plans (or click Subscribe when prompted).
  2. The app opens LemonSqueezy Checkout.
  3. Enter your card details and confirm the subscription.

Your upgraded limits apply immediately.

🛑 Cancelling your subscription

  1. Open My Account → three dots → Subscription Plans.
  2. LemonSqueezy will open your customer portal.
  3. Choose Cancel Plan.

Your plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle, and you continue to have full access until then.

📅 Downgrading

If you cancel your plan:

  • Freelancers will have any connections above the free limit removed.
  • Studios will have any groups above the free limit removed.

No bookings, pencils or timeline data are ever removed.
